Non - IT Recruiter - Plus HRMS
Freshers or Graduates, with 1 to 2 years experience in Non-IT Recruitment in a consulting company.
- Analyse complex requirements and identify quality candidates through various sources.
- Head-Hunting, Sourcing, Screening and Co-ordinating between client and candidate and Account Management
- Assess the candidates as per the requirements.
- Good understanding of skills and their applications.
- Deploy appropriate sourcing methodology to source right candidates for various jobs in a speedy and cost-effective manner.
- Should be capable of delivering consistently in a highly charged environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiating and inter-personal skills.
- Should have a passion for recruitment and is result oriented.
- Should have good networking, interviewing skills.
- Self motivated and team player.
- To handle the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned customers.
