Non - IT Recruiter - Plus HRMS

Candidate Profile:

Freshers or Graduates, with 1 to 2 years experience in Non-IT Recruitment in a consulting company.

Job Responsibility:

• Analyse complex requirements and identify quality candidates through various sources.
• Head-Hunting, Sourcing, Screening and Co-ordinating between client and candidate and Account Management
• Assess the candidates as per the requirements.
• Good understanding of skills and their applications.
• Deploy appropriate sourcing methodology to source right candidates for various jobs in a speedy and cost-effective manner.
• Should be capable of delivering consistently in a highly charged environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiating and inter-personal skills.
• Should have a passion for recruitment and is result oriented.
• Should have good networking, interviewing skills.
• Self motivated and team player.
• To handle the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned customers.
