Process re-engineering, process improvement and transition experience. The incumbent would drive all initiatives to capacitize the new business unit to cater to growing business volumes. S/he would be responsible for accurate and timely transactions carried out as per SLAs with other departments and established SOPs. Would define and monitor SLA all across operations, identify areas of improvement and projects to overcome process gaps. |
